Watergate Cake
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 box pistachio pudding (Royal or Jello)
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup ginger ale
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup pecans
Frosting:
- 2 envelopes Dream whip
- 1 box pistachio pudding
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix all ingredients together until well-blended.
- Pour into layer pans or bundt pan.
- Bake 35 minutes.
- Whip frosting ingredients together until peaks form.
- Frost on cooled cake.
- Keep cake refrigerated!
