The Mold – Lime Jello Salad
- 1 package lime jello
- 1 package lemon jello
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 15 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons horseradish
- 1 pound cottage cheese
- Dissolve jello in water. Chill in refrigerator for up to 1 hour until starting to get firm. Mix in other ingredients and pour into a mold, traditionally a bundt pan. Return to refrigerator to set.

Don’t use fresh pineapple! Fresh pineapple contains an enzyme that keeps the gelatin from setting. You will end up with a runny mold – not good eats.
