3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cloves
2/3 cup water
2 cups pumpkin puree, canned, “Libby’s”
3 1/3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sugar, oil, and eggs and beat until completely blended. Combine all dry ingredients, adding water a little at a time. Add pumpkin and mix together. Grease and flour a loaf pan, add mix and bake 1 hour and 15 to 20 minutes.
