Lemon Glaze Cake
Cake
- 1 white cake mix
- 1 3 oz package lemon jello
- 2/3 cup water
- 2/3 cup oil
- 4 eggs
Glaze
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Coat a 9×13 cake pan with Baker’s Spray
- Combine all Cake ingredients and beat for about five minutes
- Pour into prepared cake pan
- Bake 30-35 minutes
- While still warm, prick with a fork at 1/2″ intervals
- Mix the glaze ingredients together and pour over the cake
- Serve with whipped cream
