Serve with Pot Roast
Gee-Whiz Gravy
- 1 can tomatoes (or fresh)
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup celery (chopped)
- 1/4 cup green pepper (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup water
- After removing pot roast from the pot,
- Combine all ingredients and cook in the same manner as you would gravy
- Add flour and water to get the desired consistency.
