Mexican Casserole
- 2 packages chile con carne and beans
- 1 can corn (creamed)
- 1 can black olives
- 1 8 oz package shell pasta
- 1 1/2 cups jack cheese (grated)
- 1 cup potato chips (crushed)
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Heat chili, add corn and olives.
- Cook pasta in boiling water and drain.
- Arrange alternate layers of pasta, chili, and cheese.
- Top with potato chips.
- Bake about 30 minutes.
