Family Steak
- 2-4 pounds beef round or chuck
- 2-3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package dry onion soup
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Place meat in a foil lined pan.
- Douse with Worcestershire sauce.
- Spread over the mushroom soup and sprinkle with the onion soup.
- Close the foil and bake for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or over egg noodles
