- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 tablespoon plus 2 taspoons hot water
- 1 cup confectioner’s sugar (sifted)
- few grains salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Dissolve cocoa in water.
- Add oil and blend in sugar and salt.
- If needed add more sugar to thicken or water to thin.
- Spoon over cake.
