Apple Crisp
- 4 cups apples (peeled and sliced)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Sprinkle lemon juice and 1/4 cup water over apples,
- Sprinkle salt and cinnamon on top.
- Crumble together other ingredients and spread over apples in a 9″x9″ baking pan. Bake about 40 minutes.
- Serve with whipped cream.
