Evie’s Extraordinary Hot Crab Dip
A definite party hit!
- 1 can crab meat drained if necessary
- 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 6 green onions chopped
- Heat all ingredients together in microwave or over low heat.
- Stir well to melt cheese, and stir in onions.
- Keep warm over low heat (i.e. in a small crock pot) while serving.
- Serve with french bread or crackers.
